Based in Australia and working remotely, The VA Circle is a specialised virtual assistant team that supports psychology and allied health practices nationwide. Working closely alongside our clinicians, Tali and her team assist with appointments, referrals, paperwork, invoicing, and general enquiries, helping to ensure a smooth and seamless experience from your first contact with our practice through to your ongoing care.

With extensive experience supporting mental health professionals, The VA Circle understands the importance of compassionate communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
