Anoushka Rassau

Anoushka is a Clinical Psychologist with postgraduate qualifications and training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, EMDR, Schema Theapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She has been working as a Clinical Psychologist in Western Australia for over 20 years. She has worked in the disability sector as an autism assessor and is familiar with how this condition interacts with mental health difficulties. She is an accredited EMDR therapist.

  • Working with parents to develop parenting and behaviour management techniques that suit the specific needs of their child
  • Consulting with parents and teachers on supporting children and adolescents in schools, and transition to schools

Anoushka is a member of the North Metro Dialectical Behaviour Therapy team which provides treatment for people diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. She is also a registered supervisor with the Psychologists’ Board of Australia.

Anoushka is an accredited EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) therapist and is a member of the EMDR Assoiciation of Australia (EMDRAA).
